7501 is a metaphor for development thinking, a legacy unit fitted with cutting edge technology. You just wouldn’t know it. The unit was modelled and designed in multiple new skins that highlighted that whilst it was indeed a nod to history, the reality was very different. The underneath replaced the old with the brand new. A testing unit that now frequents UK rails proudly, the old against the new. Un-ignorable.
